ORDERING INFORMATION

For all of you who can't get to Frome, I'm happy to take orders over the phone. Once you've decided on a style, please phone me to discuss sizing and colours. I have access to a vast range of colours in the various yarns types
that I use, far too many to include in these pages, so I can send you colour swatches to help you make up your mind.

My sizing is as follows:
small = 10, medium = 12, large = 14  and XL = 16
I also offer a bespoke service, making extra small sizes, extra large sizes, shorter or longer body and sleeve lengths and this may entail a little extra cost which I can quote you at the time of ordering.

 Then, if I have your chosen item in stock I’ll post it to you immediately. If it’s not in stock then it will be made and sent in two to three weeks or sooner if possible.

I accept all major credit cards or you can post a cheque if you prefer.

There will be a charge for postage of £4 for 1st class post. Special delivery (guaranteed next day) will be more, please ask at the time of ordering. If, when you’ve received your knitwear, you’re not completely happy with it for any reason, then you may return it unworn within 4 weeks for a full refund or exchange.

CARING FOR YOUR CREAM LUXURY KNITWEAR

The following fabrics must ONLY be hand washed or dry cleaned:
Mohair/wool mix, Alpaca/wool mix, Wool/nylon mix.
All my other fabrics can be hand washed, dry cleaned or machine washed on a wool programme but NEVER tumble dried. You can hand wash using a very tiny amount of fairy liquid (yes - it's absolutely fine for woollys) in almost cold water, rinse well then gently squeeze excess water out, wrap in a towel and squeeze again to get rid of
much moisture as you can, give it a shake, hang it up and it'll dry really quickly. Then it should only need a minimum press with a cool steam iron.
