.HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Making a purchase from Cream Luxury Knitwear has never been so easy!
First of all, decide on the style/size/colour you want, with help from the size chart below, then you can order online using the "Add to Basket" and "View Basket" buttons that you will find on each garment page and pay using any card listed below.

Of course, if you prefer to pay by cheque, you can call me to ascertain availability, or e-mail me, then I simply need your name, address & telephone number.

If an item is out of stock, delivery will be about 3 weeks while it’s made especially for you.

Good news! Postage is included, so the price you see is the price you pay!

On receipt of your online card payment/cheque, and assuming the item is in stock, I shall post your knitwear by 1^st class recorded mail, which should arrive on your doorstep the following morning.

Then all you have to do is wear & enjoy!

RETURNS POLICY

If your purchase is not suitable for any reason then please return the goods unworn & undamaged within 10 days of receipt & I will exchange your order or refund you in full as required. Please note that I cannot pay for the return postage, and please obtain a proof of posting from your post office as I cannot be held responsible for goods lost on return to me.
