My designs are manufactured by my own cottage industry,
using local knitters and sewers. Each piece is hand framed and hand
finished to ensure the best quality.
Cream luxury knitwear is a brand I started in
2001, though I have been designing and manufacturing knitwear since the
70s.
Back then I had a wholesale business called Affinity
Knitwear Ltd, selling internationally to boutiques and department stores
such as Harrods UK, Saks Fifth Ave NY, Gun Trigere LA and many more
including our own boutique called Affinity in Chiswick.
Now, as Cream, I market my knitwear directly to
the public at charity fairs, private sales and shows like the Country
Living Fair in London, fashion events at Ascot, Cheltenham, Harrogate,
The Hurlingham Club, Henley, Southampton Yacht Club etc. I have built
up a substantial mailing list of loyal customers nationwide many of whom
now order from my website along with new customers who find me on the
Internet even from as far away as Canada.
As of this February 2008 I am opening a shop in the
lovely historic market town of Frome. I shall let you all know the
opening date via this website and I look forward to greeting many of you
there in person.
